What is the warranty system for Movensys products?
A
Movensys Dunamis series and SynseIT products are warranted for one year.

In principle, if a problem occurs due to a defect in the product within a year, it is free to repair or replace it. If you have a problem while using the product, contact the agency you purchased, and you can repair it free of charge according to our A/S process. 
Therefore, in any case, if there is a problem with the product, please contact your partner or Movensys sales team (+82-31-895-5066) to help resolve the problem.
